Charter Broker Disclosure
Compass Rose Air, LLC is a charter broker and not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 air carriers. Compass Rose Air does not own or operate aircraft.
Quotes
Quotes are estimates based on operator availability, aircraft routing, and current market conditions at the time of quoting. All quotes expire after 72 hours unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed at booking.
Booking & Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by operator and aircraft. Specific cancellation policies are included with each confirmed quote. We will always disclose operator cancellation terms before you commit.
No Warranty
Compass Rose Air facilitates charter arrangements but does not guarantee the performance of any operator. Operator obligations are governed by the operator's contract with the client at booking.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compass Rose Air's liability is limited to the brokerage fee charged on the specific transaction in question.
